Nestled in a serene setting, this beautiful house with a large swimming pool offers guests a private ground floor area of the house with its own entrance. The tranquil surroundings ensure complete privacy, allowing guests to unwind and relax. Located just 7 km from the City of Pula and 10 km from the sea, this child-friendly, detached house provides exclusive amenities: a 200 m² fenced plot, a 12 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 140 cm) reserved solely for guests, spacious terraces, an outdoor shower, and a lounge and barbecue area. Our guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, the washing machine and dryer, and have on-site parking for three cars at their disposal. Also, a grocery shop is conveniently located some 200 m from the villa, and the restaurant „Vesna Loborika“ is some 300 m away. The property is maintained very carefully, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. Should guests require any assistance or local recommendations, the hosts are readily available to provide them in order to make their holiday enjoyable and memorable.

About the area
Davita is located in Loborika, a pictoresque Istrian countryside village, which is located 7 km from the city of Pula and 3 km from it’s Airport. Within some 15-20 min drive, you can reach a variety of rock, pebble or sand beaches in places like Pula, Premantura, Medulin or Štinjan. Also, you can choose to visit the legendary Brijuni islands, or, if you’re a fan of waterparks, you can decide to have a day of fun in either Aquacolors Poreč of Istralandia Aquapark. Of course, Istria offers numerous choices for outdoor activities, such as cycling, hilking, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing,… And don’t forget to visit the famous Arena in Pula, an amphitheater from Roman Empire times, where you can also enjoy some concerts, films or even reenactments of gladiatorial fights under the stars.
